If you’re injured in the state of Florida due to someone else’s negligence, and you do not have health insurance to pay for your medical bills and you cannot afford the medical bills themselves, there are still avenues to get medical treatment. One of the way to get the medical treatment is for the medical provider to agree to wait till the end of your case in order to get paid for his medical services. That has to be an agreement with the medical provider at the start of treatment, and not all providers will do that.

The other way to get treatment is different counties and cities have programs set up for medically needy, meaning if you need medical care and you don’t have the money to pay for it, there are different resources for that.
